Travel at a Glance-Thailand

When contemplating Bangkok, Thailand (previously called Siam) as a travel destination, first consider that the trip is to one of the most densely populated regions of that area of the world. More than 12 million people dwell in this town, popular for commerce since the 15th century.

Although travelers in the Middle East and Russia didn’t rank as large as some of the other nations, their visitation to the region is rising.
